At present, the electric butterfly valve has been widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and hydropower as a component for implementing the on-off and flow control of the pipeline system. In the well-known electric butterfly valve technology, the sealing form is mostly sealed, and the sealing material is rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene or the like. Electric butterfly valve manufacturers introduced due to structural limitations, not suitable for high temperature, high pressure and corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other industries. A relatively advanced electric butterfly valve is a three-eccentric metal hard-sealed electric butterfly valve. The valve body and the valve seat are connected members, and the sealing surface layer of the valve seat is welded with a temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy material. The multi-layer soft-stacked sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate. Compared with the traditional butterfly valve, the electric butterfly valve has high temperature resistance, is light in operation, and has no friction in opening and closing. When closing, the torque of the transmission mechanism is increased to compensate for the seal, and the sealing is improved. Basic characteristics of electric butterfly valve

1. The electric butterfly valve has the characteristics of simple structure, small volume, light weight, low material consumption, small installation size, rapid switch, 90° reciprocating rotation and small driving torque. It is used to cut off, connect and adjust the medium in the pipeline. , with good fluid control characteristics and closed sealing performance.

2. The connection method of the electric butterfly valve has flange connection, clip connection, butt welding connection and lug-pair connection. The driving form includes manual, worm gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic linkage and other actuators, which can realize remote control and automatic operation.

3. The electric butterfly valve can transport the mud and accumulate the least amount of liquid at the pipe mouth. A good seal can be achieved at low pressure. The adjustment performance is good.

4. The streamlined design of the electric butterfly valve disc makes the fluid resistance loss small, which can be described as an energy-saving product.

5. The electric butterfly valve stem is a through-rod structure. After quenching and tempering treatment, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance. When the electric butterfly valve is opened and closed, the valve stem only rotates and does not move up and down. The packing of the valve stem is not easy to be broken and the sealing is reliable. It is fixed with the cone pin of the butterfly plate, and the overhanging end is designed to prevent the punch-out type, so as to prevent the valve stem from collapsing when the valve stem and the butterfly plate are accidentally broken.
